Account Verification & Activation

In order to use ClusterNest services you must first verify your email address and activate your account.

Verification

For verification, ClusterNest sends an email with a verification link when you first sign up or when you change your email address. You can verify your email address by opening the verification link in a browser.

Activation

For account activation you must either provide a valid payment method or contact support for trial activation.

To activate using a payment method click on the activation banner in the Console or in the user profile section. Once successful proceed to launch a cluster.

For trial activation, you may contact [email protected] to activate your account for a 10-day free trial. You will be contacted within 2-3 hours once your account has been activated.
