Account Verification & Activation

In order to use ClusterNest services your email address has to be verified. All verified accounts get a 10-day free trial without the need of a credit card.

Verification

Accounts signed up with Google or GitHub are verified by default and can be used right away.

If you signed up via email address, you must verify your email by opening the verification link you received at your email address in a browser.

Activation

To activate out of trial mode you must either provide a valid payment method or contact our team for manual invoicing.

To activate using a payment method click on the activation banner in the Console sidebar or in the user profile section. Once successful proceed to launch a cluster.
